Return Policy for Custom-Made Items

Thank you for your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes any product that is made specifically to your requested size, color, material, design, engraving, embroidery, or personalization.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, production may have started, and cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
We will gladly repair, replace, or refund your item (at our discretion) if the defect is due to an error on our part.

4. Incorrect Personalization or Design

If we made a mistake in the customization (e.g., incorrect name, spelling, color, or design not matching your approved proof), we will remake or correct the item at no additional cost.
If the error was made by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling provided), we cannot offer a refund or free replacement.

5. Return Shipping

For eligible returns (damaged or defective items), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse standard shipping costs. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Final Sale

All custom orders are final sale. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
